Abby Warnke joined the firm as an associate in 2020, practicing in the firm’s Business practice group.
Abby received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with emphases in Finance and Management from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas, graduating summa cum laude. Abby also received the Order of the Mound award upon graduating in the top 10% of her class. During her undergraduate years, she was a 4-year member of the volleyball team, an NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, a KCAC All Conference Scholar-Athlete, and a three-time member of the All-Conference Team.
Abby received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2020, where she was a Jayhawk Scholar and graduated Order of the Coif. While at KU, Abby was a staff editor on the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy and was a teaching assistant for a business law course offered by the KU School of Business. Abby received a Cali award for the highest grade in her Contract Drafting class. During her last year of law school, Abby studied abroad at the University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland, taking classes on comparative international contract law and international commercial arbitration. Abby assists the firm’s clients with real estate and business matters, estate planning, and litigation related thereto.
