Business Law
Practice Group

Payne & Jones approaches the practice of business law in a unique and dynamic way. Unlike many other law firms, which often compartmentalize the various legal areas impacting their clients, each of the attorneys comprising Payne & Jones’ Business Practice Group have an extensive background in tax law and business transactions and are able to respond to virtually all of our clients’ business questions, concerns, and needs. This entrepreneurial approach results in the establishment of a one-to-one rapport between attorney and client which enables the firm’s attorneys to clearly understand and integrate each client’s overall business and legal objectives. Our business law attorneys also provide personal and family legal advice to the individuals who own and operate the business entities that the firm represents.

Attorneys in the firm’s Business Practice Group represent businesses in a wide-variety of industries, from accounting to agriculture, brewers to builders, medical to manufacturing, retail to restaurants, technology to tiling, and nearly everything in between. From simple contract preparation and analysis to complex business transactions, Payne & Jones assists our clients in making well-informed decisions.
